Do I need to pay everything upfront?

No. You only pay the £99 booking fee to get started. The success fee is only due once the sale is complete and you’ve been paid.

No. We don’t buy cars ourselves — we act as your independent agent, making sure you get the best price from trusted buyers.

We challenge unfair deductions. Minor scratches, small chips, or normal wear and tear aren’t excuses to cut your price. We make sure only pre-agreed deductions are accepted.

You won't owe the success fee. plus we'll relish your vehicle unto three tamest no extra cost give it the best chance of selling

Just a small £99 deposit when you book. If your car sells, it’s absorbed into the process. If you decide not to go ahead, it simply covers the checks and diagnostics we’ve already done so you still walk away with valuable insights about your car.

Yes. We’ll liaise with your lender and the buyer to ensure your finance is cleared properly and securely.

Yes. We oversee collection day to make sure funds are transferred securely before keys leave your hands.

Absolutely. From family cars to high-value performance and supercars, we’ve got the experience to manage negotiations fairly. With specialist models, things like rare options or upgrades often aren’t reflected in standard valuations (HPI, CAP Clean, etc.), which makes it harder to set a one-size-fits-all price. In these cases, you’ll speak directly with an agent, and additional fees may apply depending on the vehicle’s specification and requirements.

No problem. If you can’t be there in person, you can leave the car keys and a short letter of authority with someone you trust. We’ll then handle the photos, listing, negotiations, and even support on collection day, so your sale goes ahead smoothly while you’re away.

We provide extra support where it’s needed. If mobility, health, or accessibility is a concern, we can take care of photos, listings, and even attend handover for you. You stay in control, without the stress.

Most sales are agreed within 2–3 days of listing. After that, it simply depends on how quickly the winning dealer can arrange collection and payment. We’ll keep everything moving and make sure you’re updated at every step.

The winning bid is the agreed sale price — but at handover the dealer will still check the car and paperwork. In rare cases, they may raise an issue (e.g. damage, missing documents, or a fault that wasn’t disclosed).

We can’t guarantee this will never happen, but we do guarantee fairness and transparency. If a dealer is being unreasonable, we can relist your car or rerun the sale to make sure you achieve a price you’re happy with.

If you’re moving house, relocating for work, or leaving the country, we can handle the whole sale for you. You can leave the keys and a letter of authority with someone trusted, and we’ll manage the listing, negotiations, and safe handover so the car is sold without you needing to be there.
